IMPROV CLUB FOR ADULTS!
Calling all grown-ups who need some laughter, quirkiness and non-awkward social connection in their lives! Dirt Road Theater is starting an improv club for anyone who is 18 and up. You don’t need any experience to join, just a willingness to dive in and play! It will be loosely led by Maren and Dominic, and we will try to plan games and activities that lend themselves to developing the foundational skills needed for improv and ensemble-building.
For now, we are planning to meet every other Friday evening from 7-9pm in Northfield, in the library’s community room, starting on December 3rd. We have only reserved the space for December 3rd and 17th so far, and after that will move forward with timing and frequency based on the interest and needs of the group. This is a free program, and you are under no obligation to be there at every meet-up- though we hope you will come as often as you can!
We will require masking for all those who attend. If you plan to be at the first meeting, please fill out this quick google form so we know what to expect in terms of numbers: https://forms.gle/xEMyMbjDenJrumiL9
The nights are cold and dark, but let there be laughter!
